How long will my order take?
All of our cookies are made to order. To ensure they’re just the way you like them, we estimate 7 business days to bake, cool, decorate your cookies to perfection and ship. It’s always best to get your orders in early as we may close orders once we reach our baking capacity. We will always choose quality over quantity.
We ship nationwide, directly from our kitchen. We only use Express post because lets face it, who wants to wait for cookies? Alternatively you can opt to pick them up from Bexley for free.
Returns
Unfortunately, as our items are food and some are customised, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue.
